    In Maysan Governorate, the department reported that the competent investigative judge issued a summons order against the former director of the municipality of Amarah and the official of the legal division in the municipality. Because they caused damage and waste of public money, referring to the transfer of a plot of land with an area of ​​​​(2,500 square meters) for investment as a gas station without applying the condition of obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works when announcing any plot to establish squares or gas stations.
    And she added that the station was built in violation of the environmental determinants. Because it is located near residential neighborhoods, in addition to the municipality's failure to collect rental fees amounting to (200,000,000) million dinars annually, since 2019; Which caused a waste of public money.
