[rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:
The President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, issued a presidential decree today, Thursday, appointing the former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomat Safia Al-Suhail, as Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
And according to a document that states: Appointing Mrs. Safia Al-Suhail as Resident Ambassador and Plenipotentiary Extraordinary of the Republic of Iraq, to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The document added, "The decree is implemented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs from the date of its issuance."[/rtl]
