With regard to draft laws, regulations and instructions related to the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3238106360/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]Ministry of Finance[/url] and the reduction of corruption phenomena in the sectors of taxes, customs, insurance, banks and free zones, the minister pointed out that "a number of internal regulations for the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/1581469224/%D8%A5%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%B2%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%A5%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AA %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9/ar/]departments of the Ministry[/url] of Finance have been completed and sent to the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/4139541504/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%D8%A9/ar/]State Council[/url], and a committee has been formed to review the laws that Organizing commercial work and preparing a draft economic reform law, as some of its clauses included amending some articles of laws, including the income tax law, the real estate tax law, and the customs law, in addition to an update on the draft law of the General Authority for Free Zones and the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3542812795/%D9%85%D9%83%D8%AA%D8%A8 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%8A%D9%86/ar/]Insurance Bureau[/url].
And she emphasized, “The ministry has prepared a specific methodological plan with a time limit to address the delay in the procedures followed in preparing the final accounts, as it sent the 2016 and 2017 accounts to the Bureau of Financial Supervision, while the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/2924535115/%D9%82%D8%B3%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%A8%D8%A9/ar/]Accounting Department[/url] was instructed to complete, take and audit the final accounts from 2018-2022 through working hours on Fridays.” And Saturday, and this depends on all spending units in charge of sending the deficiencies that they have in the aforementioned accounts.
