Al-Sudani: The Iraqi government is in the process of approving the military retirement law

Shafaq News/ The Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani announced today, Saturday, that the federal government is in the process of approving the military retirement law, which will guarantee the rights of all members of the security forces.
This came in a speech he delivered during his visit to the headquarters of the Popular Mobilization Authority, and upon his arrival, he chaired a security meeting with the Operations Command, female assistants and staff.
Al-Sudani said, "The confrontation with terrorism united the Iraqi people, after a wave of extremist sectarian projects that targeted the fabric of society."
He added, "The Popular Mobilization Authority today constitutes a basic pillar of the military security institution," stressing that "the government is in the process of approving the military retirement law, which will guarantee the rights of all members of the security forces, including members of the Popular Mobilization Forces."
Al-Sudani also referred to the Al-Muhandis Company affiliated with the Popular Mobilization Authority for the implementation of service projects, that it will contribute to supporting efforts aimed at providing services to our people, through the service and engineering effort.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces directed all members of the Popular Mobilization Forces to make efforts for Iraq's unity and stability, and to preserve the high balance of citizens' love for the people of the crowd and the sacrifices they made for Iraq, especially in the liberated provinces.
Al-Sudani stressed that we have a real opportunity for the success of the state, and investing in the state of stability, to review and read the reality and provide the best services to the citizen, indicating that the government diagnosed the problems in all their details and developed a road map for three years that will make a difference in performance.
