Independent politician Saad Al-Mutalabi criticized, on Monday, the behavior of Trade Minister Atheer Al-Ghurairy with an elderly citizen who was demanding the completion of his treatment that had not been completed for a long time, indicating that the inappropriate behavior of the minister stems from a totalitarian regime and purely confrontational thought.

Al-Mutalabi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The behavior of the Minister of Commerce, Atheer Al-Ghurairy, who was reported by the means of communication and the media, by insulting an elderly man when he asked him to complete his Treatment that had not been completed for a long time, is inappropriate and does not depart from the morals of a high-ranking official in the state.
He added, "The real official must not offend unjustly or honestly, and not act as officials in the former Saddam regime used to act."
Al-Muttalbi called on the House of Representatives and Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani to "take a stand against Minister Atheer Al-Ghurairy so that it does not happen again or become a phenomenon in the future."
Activists on social media denounced the rude and harsh manner in which the Minister of Commerce, Atheer Al-Ghurairy, dealt with an elderly farmer who demanded the completion of his delayed transaction, amid calls for the minister's dismissal. Ended / 25 p.m
