    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:                              [/rtl]
[rtl]Today, Thursday, the Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed the “content” of the Council of Ministers’ decision to increase allocations for the latest job grades, confirming that the government closed the “door” on the “law amending the employee salary scale.” The Council of Ministers decided, the day before yesterday, to grant lump sum allocations of 50% to employees

. Grades 8, 9, and 10, which include employees who do not receive any allowances other than certificate and craft allowances, according to the government statement.

A member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Raed Al-Maliki, said in a press interview, “The government decisions issued during the Council of Ministers session closed the door on amending the employee salary scale,” pointing out that “members of the committee listened to officials in previous sessions about the difficulty of amending the scale because the government does not want to.” Adding new funds from the state treasure, but wanted to work on a settlement by deducting a percentage from the allocations for the first grades and adding it to the last grades, and this will certainly face objections from the ministries, as well as institutions and bodies. that enjoy large allocations.”[/rtl]
