Member of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Waad al-Qaddo, confirmed on Monday that there are 3 red lines in the cities and regions of the Nineveh Plain in the face of the return of the Peshmerga forces.

Al-Qaddo said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The cities and regions of the Nineveh Plain paid a heavy price after June 2014 due to displacement, brutal massacres against their components, and massive devastation caused by terrorist organizations before they were liberated by the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces after rivers of pure blood.”
He added, "There are three red lines for us, which are the return of terrorism again and confronting it, in addition to rejecting the return of the Peshmerga for any reason. The Federal Security Forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces adhere to the success of the security file and achieve a great rate of stability, stressing that the clock will not turn back."
Al-Qaddo pointed out that “the components of the Nineveh Plain are compatible with each other, they live in harmony and harmony, and they strongly support the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces because they realize that they are an important pillar of stability.” End of February 25
