On Wednesday, the Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, approved the secret plan for the real estate of the Nebras Petrochemical Project.
Al-Eidani’s media office stated in a statement, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, that “(1), (2), and (3) District 16 (Kraya al-Dhib) have been allocated, and plots (1), (2), and (3) District 17 have been allocated.” (Al-Hadamah), with a total area of (4,500) dunams.”
He added, "This project is considered one of the important strategic projects and provides many job opportunities for the people of Basra, with approximately 10,000 thousand job opportunities for the people of the governorate."
