On Monday, Minister of Education Ibrahim Namis Al-Jubouri announced the renewal of the contracts of 2020 lecturers.
A statement from the ministry, seen by Al-Iqtisad News, said: “Minister of Education, Ibrahim Names Al-Jubouri, held an expanded meeting that included the general directors of education in the Al-Rai Authority hall, discussing the most important developments in the educational file and their impact on the educational system.”
The statement added, "The meeting discussed the rates of implementation of the provisions of the government program for the second phase, and the possibility of enhancing them by allocating and acquiring land, to establish educational projects that will contribute to the elimination of triple permanence and caravan and clay schools, in addition to many issues concerned with educational affairs, and highlighted the plans prepared in preparation for the implementation of Preliminary and mid-year exams.
The statement explained, “Al-Jubouri issued a number of decisions, the most important of which is renewing the contracts of lecturers for 2020, and equipping the general directorates of education throughout Iraq with (200) thousand double trips, and approximately (15) thousand items of school furniture supplies, which will be distributed to the departments as needed.” the Actual".
The Minister of Education stressed “the Prime Minister’s decision, during his recent meeting with the general directors, of the necessity of going out in the field and seeing the reality, in addition to extending official working hours, and making them morning and evening, while the Minister listened to the most important points reviewed by the formed ministerial committee, for the purpose of calculating certificates and according to controls and instructions that will be approved in "The next few days."
