The Prime Minister, Muhammad Al-Sudani, stressed the importance of assigning legislative authority and national forces to the executive bodies in the ministries.
A statement from Al-Sudani’s office, received by Al-Maalouma, stated that “Al-Sudani received the head of the Victory Coalition, Mr. Haider Jawad Al-Abadi, and discussed with him all national issues and files, the progress of implementation of the government program, and the most important current issues at the legislative and implementation levels.”
Al-Sudani reiterated, according to the statement, “the importance of assigning legislative authority and national forces to the executive bodies in the ministries, and their counterparts in the local governments of the governorates, in order to provide a level of service that meets the aspirations of citizens, and pushes the wheel of development and infrastructure forward.” End 25
