The head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh Al-Fayyadh, stated that the service and retirement law and the Popular Mobilization Authority law will be issued in the coming days.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Fayad said in a televised interview, “The Popular Mobilization Forces have begun to approach a quarter of a million people, and this is a very large entity that needs organization.”[/size]
[size=45]He continued by saying, “The Popular Mobilization Forces is not a political party, but rather a jihadist system based on volunteerism, and the salary a member receives is the lowest.”[/size]
[size=45]The highest Shiite authority in Iraq, Ali al-Sistani, issued the fatwa of sufficient jihad to fight ISIS, during the organization’s control over four governorates in the north and northwest of the country and its approach to the borders of Baghdad at the time, after which the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, consisting of armed factions, was formed in mid-2014.[/size]
