Today, Thursday, the Maysan Criminal Court issued two rulings against the official of the Payments Division at the Financial Authority of the Maysan Oil Company.
The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council explained, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that “the court issued two rulings against him, the first to imprisonment for ten years based on the provisions of Article 316/first part of the Penal Code.”
He continued, "The second sentence was seven years' imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Article 310 of the Penal Code for the crime of embezzlement, violations, and financial violations through repeatedly issuing documents."
