Deputy proposes the adoption of 2014 budget based on the reality of the event expenses
BAGHDAD / newspaper rectitude - proposed member of the National Alliance MP Tawfiq al-Kaabi approve the financial budget for the 2014 federal case based on the reality of the expenses, and pass the 2015 budget end of the month of December this year; to do them at the beginning of next year.
The MP said Kaabi said in a statement that "the budget is already present in the House of Representatives which rotates between the ministries of oil, finance and planning, and then pester the Council of Ministers was attended by ministers of these ministries to Parliament and has been discussing and trading with them, and that was in the last parliamentary session last Thursday."
He said al-Kaabi, "We are waiting from the Ministries of Finance and Planning and the Central Bank to prepare a final report on the fiscal deficit, and the formula that is preparing the budget in terms of the amounts and the estimated shortfall."
He added: "Thus the House of Representatives did not reach a final thing about the budget and the ball in the court of the Council of Ministers, who ask him strongly and urgency of the need to send the form in the last budget."
He went on, "we propose the adoption of 2014 budget by a reality if expenses that were paid for the current year and approve the budget of 2015 the end of next December; to start working out and accordingly with the beginning of next year."
The fiscal year is nearing completion, where it was left only less than two months and did not recognize the current year's budget in spite of its importance, the center of weights after approval but to pass the budget for cash stroll things, and in the light of assertions on the importance of the adoption of next year's budget before the end of the current.
