Official: Budget 2014 will be limited to operating expenses

A member of a parliamentary committee to approve the interim general budget in 2014 that the Iraqi government has vowed not to exceed all operating expenses in the budget ceiling of 106 trillion dinars to be the size of the expected cash revenues 96 trillion dinars. A member of the Interim Committee, Haitham al-Jubouri said that "the Interim Committee asked in its final report that the limited budget at all projected revenues until the end of this year and that the press only operating expenses and ongoing task exclusively" .bhsp newspaper uprightnes. He noted that "expenses will include the need to arm the army and the needs of the displaced and the sovereign debt with investment projects ongoing and completed the actual ratios only." He explained that "the value of the deficit in the previous budget amounted to 90 trillion dinars and to address it has been agreed that the expenditure in the budget is only operational in 2014." He pointed out that "the value of the deficit in the current budget will be 10 trillion dinars if the government took into consideration the observations and recommendations of the final report prepared by the Interim Committee," adding that it was agreed to include all government expenditures ancestor must be mentioned in the budget in 2014 or 2015, to be amortized in accordance with of the legal basis. "He explained that" the allocation of certain expenses but not approving the budget spent for the ministries in the form of advances outside the financial allocation as well as emerging issues such as the granting of the displaced
