    Under the supervision of the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Council, Professor Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, the draw for those covered by Laws 59 and 67 of 2017, for the first and holders of higher degrees, was held at the Federal Public Service Council this morning, Tuesday 7/23/2024.
    This came during the meeting held in the Martyr Ali Saadi Al-Nadawi Hall, in the presence of a number of government and parliamentary figures, headed by the Deputy Director of the Prime Minister's Office, Dr. Ali Razouki, representing the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Federal Integrity Commission, Judge Haider Hanoun, the Chairman of the Financial Supervision Bureau, Dr. Ammar Subhi Khalaf, the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee, Eng. Laila Al-Tamimi, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Education Committee, Dr. Muzahim Al-Khayat, Representative Muhammad Al-Baldawi, Representative Rahima Al-Jubouri, and Representative Muhammad Qutaiba. 
    Al-Tamimi provided a detailed explanation of the mechanisms adopted in employing applicants for appointment from the included categories, according to the controls and electronic programs that include resorting to the principle of justice and equality in distributing grades according to specialization and the needs of the ministries. 
    For her part, the Director of the Information Technology Directorate, Ms. Maryam Al-Maamar, provided an explanation of how to create the electronic form, which contains personal and academic information and data, through which the applicant ensures that he obtains his entitlement to employment in a fair and just manner.
