The representative of the Coordination Framework, Jassim Al-Alawi, confirmed the continued influx of foreign workers into Iraq in an unplanned manner, noting that most of them work in the private sector and foreign companies.
Al-Alawi told Al-Maalouma, "The Iraqi legislator continues to work to limit the violations committed by foreign workers, holding the security authorities responsible for "monitoring the illegal entry of these workers into Iraq."
He added, "The law allows a certain percentage of workers, and it cannot be exceeded, as there are guaranteed dues for everyone who enters Iraq for the purpose of guaranteeing the rights of Iraqi workers with the influx of foreign workers into the country." End 25N
