    BAGHDAD - News today denied the Virtue Party, Sunday, granting his parliamentary bloc of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi mandate during the parliamentary session, which was held on Saturday, while confirming that the Constitution does not allow the House of Representatives delegate his powers exclusive to the executive. The press office of the party in a statement received by the agency News today a copy of it, that "some of the media picked up the news is incorrect for the granting of some parliamentary blocs -omnha mass Alvdalh- a mandate to the prime minister during the parliamentary session," stressing that "the party's parliamentary bloc positions are announced via the only authorized." He explained the office , that "the Iraqi constitution does not allow for the House of Representatives delegate his powers exclusive executive power but select legal contexts and ways can be adopted to address issues related to management of government institutions, including the holding of ministerial amendments."
