    The Ministry of Communications confirmed that the services available through the optic telephone lines will achieve an annual financial returns of up to $ 220 million, Mvsahh increased fees imposed on letters and parcels from 1000 to 15 thousand dinars. 
    The director of international networking service company (online) ministry Ali Al - Kassab in a statement journalist seen by the agency of our economy news, said the ministry is working to supplement thestate budget through optical lines that had them incorporated recently instead of copper networks inplace previously. 
    he stressed that the online services available via the optical lines, will payoff materially to the country through the exchange of information with all countries of the world, articulating the fees updated on thementioned services will exceed an annual 220 million dollars, adding that the project will provide avariety of services including free (international Alammerar) that operate on the data, the internet and electronic services offered by States and regional cross - Iraq transportation. 
    Qassab pointed out that the project will also to provide high bandwidth of the internet and marketed to service providers and operators of mobile phones after securing infrastructure effective area of theinternet, as well as the optimal use of (international access gateways) to provide a safety element and control online content and interconnection between online stations main in Baghdad, Kirkuk and Basra Service believes the FAO to the north of the country. 
    He added, that the project is not limited to information for users of the citizens or institutions working, it will be through the provision of subsidized optic network for military cuts services aimed atcommunications , including secure private network and are not exposed information exchanged through them to drop out so as to contribute in the achievement of all national security requirements in the field of internet and communications. 
    He said director of international networking service company (online), that the project will provide asecure government network of electronic high - quality applications and inexpensively provide local capacities through a network (Metro internal) , which will allow to open the door to many applications that serve all areas of educational, health, economic, security and trade.
