    He called al-Obeidi, families to "cooperate with the security services in order to prevent a repetition of the abuse suffered by the post-control regulation Daash," stressing that "the return of the families were under the supervision of the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri and security leaders and a number of members of the Diyala provincial council."
