" Trad said that "water of Babylon Department has mobilized all its efforts in order to deliver safe drinking water arose system (Almrashenh) and distribution of water on areas of specific times as well as the Hoziat department distributes water to villages and rural areas." 
    For his part, Mayor of the city of Hilla morning Fatlawi, in interview (range Press), " the water crisis thatoccurred in the city of Hilla , due to a fault in the water pump project water Hilla , as well as the improper use by the citizens of the drinking water and the many abuses on the water distribution network by the citizens." 
    Fatlawi said that " the matter requires the development of water meters in every home or to learn disbursed the amount of water and a campaign in which all parties involved to raise all the abuse on the water network Mahal. " 
    it is said that the water of Hillah to filter water at a capacity of up to 6000 m 3 per hour in addition to anumber of water treatment plants in small villages and rural areas.
