[ltr]He spokesman Haitham al-Jubouri reform front for resentment front "to the insistence of Saleem al-Jubouri in a negative role in the consolidation of the quota system and the marginalization of the energy and promise that a systematic weakening of the authority of the regulatory and legislative Iraqi state."[/ltr]
[ltr]Jubouri said "at a time when speaking Jubouri and a lot of personalities and political leaders about the need for reform, we see that some of their actions reflect a contrary position to their words, and this is reflected in the orders of the President of the House of Representatives devote sectarian quotas and co-opt some of the blocks and the House of Representatives in the naming of heads of parliamentary committees away from the experience, efficiency and specialization. "[/ltr]
[ltr]He described this as a "back to back and his handling of double words and deeds, and we will bring this topic to the Council and public opinion to straighten these things and the end of quotas and favoritism."[/ltr]
[ltr]He said al-Jubouri, "The reform which called for him and the people came out to demand its demonstrations and backed by good reference, are now being slaughtered at the hands of those politicians who are seduced by power and lured chairs."[/ltr]
