    The Iraqi Ministry of Planning, on Wednesday, for enabling it to cut 47 trillion dinars allocated for projects amount after deleting or postpone the 1600 ones, was planned implemented since the year 2014, with the resumption of the Iraqi Central Bank confirmed thedistribution of financial bonds to contractors after a stopover at the request of some provinces . 
    a spokesman for the Ministry of planning Abdul - Zahra al - Hindawi, said in an interview to the (long -Presse), said that there is "towards 6100 project was going on before the 2014 crisis, including what is constant rates very low achievement, or not done or work do not begin mainly" noting that " the ministry proceeded to re - prioritize these projects to the difficulty of securing the necessary funds for implementation by all." 
    Hindawi said that " the priority given to projects of economic and service feasibility of their importance to thecitizens, in coordination with the provinces and relevant ministries councils," noting that it "led to delete some of those projects or postpone many of them until the availability of appropriations, which reduce their number by 40% , or to 4500 only. " 
    Hindawi added that it" reduced the amounts of those projects from 120 to 73 trillion dinars supposedly secure future and current projects , "revealing " the resumption of delivery of entitlements Contractors in several provinces after a stopover at the request of their provinces."
