"
He said al-Hindawi, that "reduced the amounts of those projects from 120 to 73 trillion dinars supposed to secure current and future projects," revealing "to resume delivery of entitlements Contractors in several provinces after a stopover at the request of their provinces."
Hindawi stressed that "the central bank delivers Contractors bonds, according to tables that announced in its website."
The Council of Ministers, approved in the (14 June 2016), the launch of dues contractors by 50% as a down payment, and to report the implementation of the first chapter of the general budget for the current year 2016 to the House of Representatives.
The Central Bank of Iraq, revealed in (the 29th of the father in 2016), from the Ministry of Planning and communicated to stop payments to contractors provinces temporarily, while stressing the continuation of the distribution of national bonds on behalf of the Ministry of Finance.
