    [rtl]Communications Ministry announced on Sunday its intention to enter the optical cable systems to Iraqi homes over the next year, indicating that it will reduce the prices of the Internet to about 50 percent, as pointed out the existence of legal competitions on sovereign right in the fourth license "Project 4 G"Mobile phone.[/rtl]
