{Baghdad} Euphrates News Education Minister Mohammad Iqbal, said that the Ministry of Education has not received from the 2016 budget of anything.
According to Iqbal , in a press statement transferred his press office received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it today that "our decisions in the ministry usually discuss with agents and general managers and staff opinion, and therefore the minister does not decide necessarily alone, noting that" the textbook crisis was unexpected and surprising because the customizations the financial and economic crisis and the reduction of the budget, and warned us of this matter within theCouncil of Ministers. "
He noted that" the entire government can not afford such a crisis, and did not vote on Almoisntin objection to reducing the Ministry of Education 's budget, depriving half of our students from the curriculum and by four and a half million students. "
and that "the Ministry of Education and Higher Education allocated today 7% of thebudget of the country and this is not going to achieve a breakthrough."
he noted that "investment in the ministry was in the era of the former minister, the investor signed his contracts with him and did not ask any project to invest in thereign of the current cabinet."
he said , "when the government acted employees ' salaries by borrowing may Nadhirha because of the severity of the current crisis, noting that" the crisis oftextbooks on the way to a solution, and there are effective steps during the past two days in saving a lot of the curriculum. "
he added , " we have constant contact with the House of Representatives in all its committees and their circles to clarify the reality of things and that the economic crisis is the main reason for the crisis of textbooks. "
and he finished by saying , " the political side is not ruled out in the campaign against the ministry, and some parties have a dispute or needs are not being met him, as well as the ministry linked to elections. "
he expressed his readiness to discuss all special education files and take any decision, and we have dedicated all our time and effort to achieve the completion ofnon - stop despite the severity of the crisis that we face and live in Zlha.anthy
