Said Undersecretary of the Iraqi Ministry of Finance Fadel Prophet, on Sunday that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, has yet to agree to send funds for the Peshmerga.
Network "Roudao" media quoted the Prophet as saying, "If the governments of the province of Kurdistan and the federal government do not agree on the export of oil, the Baghdad will not be ready to send this money, and the Iraqi prime minister, Haider Abadi, has yet to send this money to the Peshmerga agrees."
The Prophet "continued efforts Baghdad in order to be committed to send funds for the Peshmerga out of all other agreements," adding that "in the event no agreement (between Baghdad and Erbil) surely that the Iraqi government Sfal barriers to send the money, too." Finished / 25
