    Abdullah said , "We do not allow any third party was or political intervention work of government our departments and Sanaaqub anyone who wants to doing things according to his wishes partisanship and regionalism narrow and all the directors of departments and their employees are linked directly linked according to the law the government of the province and are subject to the law and regulations of career service." 
    He noted that " the manager , who is afraid of the minister and Aitbak maintaining Help him to sit in the ministry is not in Tikrit, adding that the prime minister supports the transfer of functions and powers , " stressing that "Salahuddin province , will begin the transfer of powers and functions early next year and we will form a committee head are connected by eight committees and wait transmission functions four other ministries "..
