Alawi: The budget has become a project of blackmail by the political blocs

The leader of the coalition of victory, Jassim al-Olawi, that the failure to approve the budget on schedule is a negative message to the public as it delays the launch of appointments and launch projects and provide services and Parliament to accelerate the legislation of the law.
He added that the budget has become a project of extortion by the political blocs and the implementation of agendas.
He added that the Kurdish party bears part of the responsibility in the past period because of its insistence on the rate of 17 percent.
