For his part , said a spokesman for the Russian Energy Ministry said in a statement on Friday that Russia is ready to study proposals from its partners, including the revision cut global oil production agreement variables, if necessary.
Oil prices fell more than one percent on Friday , with lower futures US crude for $ 45 a barrel on news of increased production of the United States, following previous reports "OPEC" production rise as well.
By 0638 GMT , futures contracts for crude global measurement Brent low 61 cents, equivalent to 1.3 percent to $ 47.50 a barrel.
And it landed US crude West Texas Intermediate 58 cents , or 1.3 percent , to $ 44.94 a barrel.
The news cast a shadow increase production on the positive sentiment created by the crude and gasoline stocks fell in the United States.
