    To determine the next Monday a date for the questioning of the Minister of Commerce and

    He pointed out that the legal opinion confirmed that there is no legal obstacle to prevent the return of MP Talib al-Kharbit for the resignation, which was accepted because the seat of parliament is still vacant.
    After that, MP Zia al-Asadi read a statement on the occasion of the martyrdom of the religious authority Sayyed Muhammad Sayyed Muhammad Sadiq al-Sadr and his sons by the former regime, drawing lessons from history mixed with martyrdom, sacrifice, scientific jihad and martyrdom.
    He praised his role in the horizons of jurisprudence, Islamic jurisprudence, the sciences of philosophy, history and society, as well as his role in establishing patriotism, recalling his courage in Friday prayers and standing against injustice and dictatorship as well as his humanitarian project and seeking brotherhood among the people.

    The Council completed the first reading of the proposed law of the first amendment to the Law of the Judicial Supervisory Authority No. (29) of 2016 submitted by the Legal Committee due to the issuance of the Federal Court decision unconstitutionality of some paragraphs of the law of the Judicial Supervisory Authority and to address the legislative deficiency.
    The session witnessed the completion of the first reading of the draft law on Turkmen rights submitted by the Human Rights Committee for the purpose of removing the effects of the tragedies suffered by the Turkmen as a result of depriving them of the most basic rights and the history of oppression, oppression, sectarian and ethnic discrimination, attempts to obliterate their national identity and demographic change.     The Speaker of the House of Representatives that the report written by the Commission supervising the requests for questioning indicates the completion of formal and objective procedures for the process of interrogation, which was identified, pointing out that the Minister of Commerce and the agency filed a request to the Supreme Judicial Council to challenge the validity of signatures of deputies demanding his interrogation.
    Jubouri noted that a number of deputies submitted a request that includes confirmation and reinforcement of the signatures submitted on the request to question the Minister of Commerce and agency, explaining that the minister questioned submitted papers containing the withdrawal of signatures on the request for questioning.
    He pointed out that the presidency of the Council received yesterday a letter from the Supreme Judicial Council demands the presence of 40 of the deputies in the presence of witnesses regarding signatures of suspected fraud on the request for questioning.
    High Representative Nassif said the introduction of the request to question the Minister of Commerce and the agency is ready to initiate the process of questioning the Minister of Commerce Agency, pointing out that the judiciary does not have the mandate of the highest legislative authority.
    The President of the Council proposed to question the Minister of Commerce and Agency at a hearing next Monday after the Presidency of the Council reviewed the names of the signatories to the request for questioning, as well as to approach the Supreme Judicial Council to know his view on the issue of questioning.
