    [ltr]Iraq's oil exports through the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean Sea are still flowing at much lower levels than usual, two shipping sources said on Sunday.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Reuters quoted exporters as saying today (October 22, 2017) that oil is being exported at levels between 200 to 240 thousand barrels per day compared to the usual levels of about 600 thousand barrels per day.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Iraqi oil ministry officials said they hoped production would return to its normal level today, but one source said it had not happened yet.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Exports have fallen since Wednesday when Iraqi forces redeployed in the Kirkuk region, causing a sharp drop in production of nearby fields.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Iraqi security forces entered the province of Kirkuk on Monday (October 17, 2017), while taking control of government headquarters and oil fields that were run by the federal government before 2014. Ended 29 / 9P[/ltr]
