    Al-Rubaie added that "the General Company for the management of private transport is currently trying to re-operate the meter system on public transport vehicles," pointing out that "the application of the meter system is related to the re-operation of a decision invalidated from the previous system, which canceled the idea of ​​working meters from the ground" .
    He added that "the public company is working to complete all the procedures to re-draft the decision and restart the system counters," noting that "there are no official times to announce the start of the implementation of the decision to operate the meter system, because we did not get the necessary approvals," noting that "is in the development of schedules and plans sites The areas that are gaining momentum and traffic during the week, and determine most of the time, and therefore are calculated on kilometers, taking into account the special circumstances, such as road blocks and roads and overcrowded areas.
    Al-Rubaie pointed out that "the system serves the citizen and the state, because the high taxi fees will be compressed by public transport vehicles," noting that "their revenues will enter the budget because most of the transport vehicles are not registered and the application of the counters will be listed within the lists of regular income to the budget, pointing out that "The absence of contracts with certain companies, because we did not start the application and the meter system is still an idea to move to apply in the coming period." 
    For his part, said the economist Ali al-Wakiki, "The installation of counters on the taxi is a step in the right direction to get rid of the rent economy, On mo A single response to the budget, namely oil, as this step will introduce new revenues to the federal budget. "
    He added that "the installation of meters on the taxi, can not be at random and without deliberate plans, the fact that revenue and counting depends on the tax system operated by the state, the step of meters on the taxi, will enter funds but may be swinging between working days and other active Inert to the adoption of the general situation in the country and increased traffic and security and climate conditions and others. 
    He added that "the amounts deducted as a taxi fare, should be calculated on the basis of the hours, ie parking of the car stops the work of the meter, and thus ensure that the minutes and hours and money added to the taxi tenant's salary," pointing to the need to " A study tour of the countries that operate the taxi counters and select a competent committee to go to a specific country and the feasibility study and the development of elaborate plans to install these meters and the application of experience in Iraq.
    Al-Fakiki pointed out that there should be a study by the General Company for Private Transport to use the meter in private taxis. The Planning Department should work with the concerned departments to carry out an integrated study that includes the best way to calculate the fare within the meter, The distance and the time, in addition to the social situation of the individual, all are within the equation of whether the owner of the taxi or the citizen to take a decision in this matter. 
    He pointed out that "there is the transfer of taxis mobile within the province, and there are the transfer of stations (garages) between the provinces and districts, districts and districts itself, and for transport outside the province, the amount of the fare must be priced and approved by the private transport company and the Ministry of Transport.
    Abu Mohammed, a taxi driver from the Zafaraniya area, said that "the government has to open the main streets closed to be an aid in absorbing the momentum and daily traffic in the streets of the capital, Baghdad, adding to the (range) that" the installation of counters on the taxi will burden us as drivers, These meters will read the cost more expensive than the price today from one area to another, so the citizen plays the rental of taxis for high cost with the presence of long hours that expire in the queues of the daily traffic of the capital. " 
    Nizar Amer, another taxi driver from the new Baghdad area , "Installing the Dadat on taxi cars will solve the problems with the citizen who always objected to the cost of the fare from one area to another. "
    Amer said in an interview with (range) that "taxi counters will help taxi drivers in the possibility of taking their financial benefits, especially with the many traffic congestion witnessed by the capital throughout the week and the closure of a number of main streets, in addition to security controls that increase the financial burden on motorists and citizens" .
    Director of the Public Company of the Ministry of Transport, Qais Salman Hashim Al-Mialy, said in a press statement that "a decree issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the formation of a committee specialized in the membership of the ministries of transport and foreign trade and the Secretariat of Baghdad to see the Turkish experience in the field of adoption of meters taxi vehicles, Pointing out that the recommendations of the committee will be raised for the purpose of canceling the decision of the Revolution Command Council dissolved for the year 1989 in this regard and the adoption of new mechanisms and prices commensurate with the current situation, noting: The start of the third phase of the project of mass transport of cars between the capital Baghdad and the provinces, Months before fully porous successfully, where the company imports rose to five and a half billion dinars per month, after it was only three billion.
    He explained that this phase includes coordination with the Baghdad Operations Command to put the joint dividers in the ports of entry to Baghdad in order to account for the private vehicles that are working for the fare, contrary to the laws and regulations in force and the emphasis on preventing taxis from entering the capital without access to the (Manfest). 
    The project aims to regulate the movement of taxi vehicles in general and achieve high flow and reduce the traffic momentum in the ports of the provinces and eliminate the phenomenon of segmentation of lines and the indiscriminate loading of passengers from outside garages and the consequent negative effects, as well as justice in the loading sequence of vehicles Between all motorists and on all lines, and guaranteeing the rights of all.
