    [rtl]The Office of Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, on Tuesday, "his rejection of the presence of any foreign military forces in the country without the knowledge of the Iraqi government."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"The presence of any foreign military forces in the country without the consent and request of the Iraqi government is contrary to the law and to the sovereignty of the state," said Hisham al-Rikabi, director of the office.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He pointed out that "the issue of the presence of advisers or training forces must be in accordance with the mechanism and prior agreement with the Iraqi government that the US forces left Iraq since 2011 under the security agreement between Baghdad and Washington."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]In the context, said Ferdos Awadi, a member of the coalition of state law in parliament that US forces occupy Iraqi territory and seek to create sedition.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]In the aftermath of the defeat of the terrorist advocate, some US media, including the US Today, reported on the negotiations of US officials with Baghdad to continue the presence of US forces in Iraq.[/rtl]
