Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday asked the European Union to work with his country in six countries including Iraq.
"We will continue the military operations against the terrorists in Syria and Iraq and as long as the threat exists we will hesitate," Erdogan told a news conference after a European-Turkish summit in Bulgaria, which is currently the EU presidency. He called on Europe to support Turkey in this area.
Erdogan called on the European Union to work with Turkey in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Palestine, Afghanistan and various fields in order to establish peace in the region.
