The Insurance Court warned the State Departments of cooperation with unlicensed insurance companies, demanding that it adopt what it endorses in an official regulation .
In a written statement sent to "Economy News", the head of the bureau, Ahmed Abdul Jalil, said that "for the purpose of providing safe insurance covers for the ministries and departments that acquire the various insurance documents from companies operating in the Iraqi market and approved by the Insurance Bureau, they must not contract with any insurance company Or an insurance intermediary or agent only after obtaining the approval of the Court .
Abdul Jalil said that "this decision, which includes all ministries and departments of the state came in order to ensure the rights of the insured in those departments and not dragged with any company is licensed, which reflected negatively on the insured .
