    North Korean Foreign Minister Ry Yang Huo said his country's current position on nuclear weapons would not change even if the United States offered new negotiations.
    "It is very difficult to say that North Korea and the United States have the capacity to agree within the framework of the current proposals of the parties," said Yong Ho, adding that his country has pledged to halt all missile tests and nuclear tests.
    He said that the proposals made by North Korea to date are "the maximum that can be offered at the moment," adding that Pyongyang did not demand during the summit to abolish all sanctions, but only those that harm the civil economy.
    He stressed that North Korea is ready to remove all nuclear weapons in Yunbun in the case of the abolition of sanctions in part, adding that his country made during the summit in Hanoi, a real offer to the United States.
