    [rtl]Giant agreement ...[/rtl]
    [rtl]By: Heavenly Hands[/rtl]
[rtl]I am not exaggerating if I say that the most important achievement achieved by the government of Mr. Adel Abdul Mahdi is the agreement signed in Berlin by the Iraqi Minister of Electricity, Mr. Loay Khatib with the CEO of Siemens, the German Joe Keizer in the presence of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and I am not exaggerate if I say That the road map, drawn up by the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity in cooperation with the German company Siemens, will have political, economic and social implications beyond the development of the electricity sector in Iraq and develop its infrastructure using Siemens technology developed, but beyond to contribute To achieve long-term development and economic well-being, and to provide tens of thousands of jobs that will contribute to reducing high unemployment rates. Initial estimates suggest that this agreement will provide 60,000 direct jobs during the construction of the roadmap projects for the energy sector in Iraq.[/rtl]
[rtl]The road map, agreed between the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity and Siemens, is to add 11 gigawatts of new generation capacity to the local power grid over four years, as well as to improve transmission and distribution of electricity in Iraq through the construction of 13 132 kV substations to be constructed Mainly in the southern region of Iraq.[/rtl]

[rtl]The Iraqi Ministry of Oil, through this map, is also working with Siemens to build a smart electricity network by increasing the efficiency of the electricity transmission network in Iraq, modernizing existing power plants and adding new generating capacity in the most deprived and power-hungry areas.[/rtl]

[rtl]This plan also seeks to minimize the loss of energy in existing generation plants to ensure that the energy produced will reach the citizens.[/rtl]
[rtl]It is certain that this giant agreement by the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity will have political, economic and social consequences of opening up to the German industry giant and reducing dependence on American companies in monopoly of the electricity sector in Iraq, and this agreement will put Iraq on the path of economic development and resource development Natural and human development through education and training and preparing cadres with world-class capabilities and skills to serve and manage the country's infrastructure and accelerate the pace of sustainable development.[/rtl]

[rtl]The creation of tens of thousands of jobs will contribute to reducing unemployment rates in society and to reducing their devastating social effects, and this will certainly reduce the levels of crime and delinquency in the society significantly. At a time when the Iraqi people aspire to implement these Map that will contribute to solving the problem of electricity in Iraq.[/rtl]

[rtl]We call on all Iraqi ministries to follow the example of the Ministry of Electricity in the implementation of such agreements away from the suspicions of corruption with global companies giant and through the governments of these countries away from the dark rooms, and although this map has been submitted since February last year to the Iraqi government, All the credit for the will to sign this map .. Greetings to everyone who contributed to the conclusion of this giant agreement .. And a special greeting to Minister Loay Khatib, who is likely to interest his country above all and every consideration.[/rtl]
