The Secretary-General pointed out that the salary scale in this law will start from 350 thousand dinars onwards, and according to service and academic achievement and marital, and according to graduation up to 700 thousand dinars.
`` The misunderstanding is that some officials and politicians who received some job grades from contracts and daily wages in some ministries during 2019, and fearing that these grades will be stopped and not covered by the law, have raised this ado, '' he said.
“This measure, taken at the request of the Ministry of Finance, to limit the numbers and be included in the 2020 budget, we cannot issue a decision which is not applicable, because most ministries and governorates have a door for daily wages, so we allocate these amounts within Budget 2020, we do not know the number of contracts and wages in all ministries, and during this period must be limited to include the preparation of the budget next year.
The Secretary-General pointed out that "those who have financial allocations can implement the decision immediately, and those who do not have financial allocations will be included in the 2020 budget, starting next year, will be a continuation of them, stressing that the process of localization of salaries, is for the purpose of developing a regulatory solution" .
