[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Department of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Trade participated in the preparatory meeting of the Iraqi-Jordanian Joint Committee in its 30th session, which was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, headed by the Minister of Industry and Minerals, head of the Iraqi side.
A statement by the Ministry's media office quoted the Director General of the Department, Riyadh Fakher Al-Hashemi, as saying: "During the meeting, the joint minutes of the Iraqi side were reviewed by listening to the visions and observations of the members of the Iraqi side on the necessity of completing the joint minutes in their final form and the memoranda of understanding ready for signing in order for the joint committee to convene on its scheduled date for the period from 6-7 of next August."
The statement indicated that: "The Minister of Industry and Minerals, head of the Iraqi side, stressed the decision of the joint committee, represented by the Arab Countries Department in the Department of Foreign Economic Relations at the Ministry of Trade, on the necessity of communicating quickly and directly with the relevant ministries and governmental and private bodies and institutions in order to complete the minutes for the Iraqi side in its final form and send it to the Jordanian side to reach a full agreement on it. / End 3[/rtl]
