The Presidency of the House of Representatives is scheduled to hold a joint meeting on Sunday of the Finance and Legal Committees of Parliament and a number of experts and specialists to discuss the unified retirement law and prepare it for voting.
A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Hanin al-Qadu, told Al-Maalouma that the Presidency of the House of Representatives, the parliamentary legal and financial committees and a number of advisors will hold a meeting this afternoon to include the basic proposals of the deputies in the paragraphs of the legal amendments to the General Retirement Law to prepare it for voting.
Al-Qadu said that the law will take into account the full unification of all retirees without exception by counting the years of service, certificate and age.
He pointed out that "the abolition of the amendments will include the rights of martyrs and political prisoners in accordance with the new law in addition to include paragraphs of the law abolishing martyrs and political prisoners." Ends / 25 m
