    Information / special ..
Wasit provincial council member Ghaleb Al-Rudaini said on Sunday that the Administrative Court decided on December 2 as the date to decide the fate of the continuation of the provincial councils or not.
Al-Rudaini said in a statement to the information, that "some provincial councils submitted an appeal to the Court of Administrative Justice on the decision of Parliament to stop the work of provincial councils until new elections."
He added that "the judiciary set the second day of December next date to resolve the fate of the provincial councils, either continuing or stop working and proceed with the decision of Parliament."
He explained that "the decision of the Administrative Court will be binding on all provincial councils, and not for those who have submitted an appeal against the decision of Parliament, as the appeal was submitted by a number of councils and not all, but the decision will oblige all councils to either return to work or stop." Finished 25 N
