US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted on his Twitter page in Persian:

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said earlier that his country was the biggest supporter of stability in Iraq, and that the protests in the latter want to get rid of Iranian interference.
He explained that "the management of his country will not stop idle in the face of corruption, which brings suffering to Iraqis."
He added: "We will not stand idly by as we see corrupt officials make the Iraqi people suffer."
