The Speaker of the House of Representatives said that "controls will be established for the selection of commissioners away from any political influence in the closed rooms, and candidates will be selected from them with the participation of professional and popular organizations and civil society organizations, experts and academics, and that the House of Representatives will give them confidence to exercise their official work."
The participants discussed all the legal and financial aspects of the Independent Electoral Commission, as well as the international experiences in this regard;
