Ages approve the designs of the Habbaniyah residential city

Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities approved, on Thursday, the designs of the new Habbaniyah residential city with a capacity of 100,000 housing units.
The newspaper "Al-Sabah" quoted in a news briefed by "The Information", an official source in the ministry as saying, "The ministry approved the basic design for the new Habbaniyah city, which was completed by the General Directorate of Urban Planning of the Ministry."
The source added, "The project aims to enhance the value of Al-Anbar Governorate by creating a sustainable city focused on achieving environmental, social and economic sustainability with a high-tech system deployed everywhere to improve the quality of life."
He explained that "the new Habbaniyah city will be established along the lines of smart cities and includes 100 thousand vertical and horizontal residential units to serve 600 thousand people, while it will include commercial and industrial facilities, recreational, cultural and health facilities," noting that "the project area is more than 29 million square meters and will be completed." In stages that extend from 11 years to 2030. Ended / 25
