, The Investigation Department of the Integrity Commission revealed, on Friday, that it implemented two separate seizures to seize detachments belonging to the General Federation of Trade Unions - the Kirkuk branch is collecting money from the owners of the wheels without a legal basis.
The department stated in a statement received by / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "two work teams from the staff of the Kirkuk investigation office affiliated with the authority moved to the two domains (Derman and Jameen) at the entrance to Kirkuk towards the governorates of Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. And the department confirmed that "fundamental arrest records were seized with the seizures in the two operations carried out on the basis of two judicial arrest warrants, and presented the company of the accused to the judge of the Kirkuk investigation court, who decided to arrest them according to the provisions of Article (456) of the Penal Code, in addition to issuing an arrest and investigation warrant against Three other defendants working for the union. ”Ended 29 / h
