    Baghdad / Sky Press

A US State Department official has expressed Washington's disappointment with Iraq’s performance in protecting international coalition forces, noting that Baghdad has pledged to hold accountable those responsible for the recent missile attack.

Reuters quoted the official as saying that it is not a secret that the United States is very disappointed in this regard, and that the Iraqi government has informed Washington that it will conduct a thorough investigation into the attack and bring the persons responsible to justice.

The Iraqi Taji camp, which is embracing the international coalition forces to fight ISIS, was subjected to a missile attack last week, which killed two American soldiers and one British soldier, in addition to the wounded.
