He added, "The Council of Ministers decided to postpone the payment of the amounts due from the housing plots sold or leased to the citizens, according to the Law of Selling and Renting State Funds (21) for the year 2013, from all government institutions, until the emergency situation ceases, with the exemption of the citizen from The delay interest, for a period not exceeding 7/31/2020, in addition to the exemption of commercial, industrial or other tenants of property that belong to municipal institutions, from the rental fees incurred by them for the duration of the emergency envelope.
And, "The council decided to extend the period of payment of the allowances (rent, flattening or selling), for cases of final referral that coincided with the decision to impose a curfew, for a period not exceeding (30) days after the expiry of the emergency envelope, in addition to extending the period of payment for the sale of spare parts." Residential lands sold to citizens in accordance with the provisions of Article (25 / Third) of the Law of Selling and Renting State Funds No. (21) for the year 2013, which the citizen was unable to pay during the legal period for reasons beyond his control within the governorates in which the demonstrations were launched exclusively, starting from 1 / 10/2019, for a period not exceeding (30) days after the emergency condition has passed, provided that this is for a period of no In excess of 31/7/2020 ".
The Council indicated, according to the statement, that "the Prime Minister decided to extend the payment period for the plots of residential land sold to citizens in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Selling and Rent of State Funds (No. 21) of 2013, which coincided with the approval and approval of their sale with the decision to impose a curfew, for a period not exceeding ( 30) days, after the emergency circumstance has passed, provided that it does not exceed 7/7/2020.
Among the decisions issued by the Council of Ministers: "Exempting occupants and tenants of commercial or industrial and other real estate, the property of which belongs to all municipal institutions or to others, from the payment of cleaning services fees for the duration of the emergency circumstance."
According to the statement, the Council of Ministers decided, "Authorizing the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works, the Secretary of Baghdad, and the heads of the endowments bureaus, each according to his specialty, the authority to set the appropriate mechanisms to implement the above," adding that "the cabinet decided to postpone the decision on a land project Rashid camp previously to the next government. "
