Commenting Prime Minister-designate, Mustafa al-Kazimi, Saturday, on the Tikrit attack, in what sent a message to the blocs about forming a government.
"With great sadness and pride, we received news of the martyrdom of a few of the popular crowd defending their homeland against ISIS gangs in the Machikhefah region and a country north of Baghdad," Al-Kazimi said in a statement.
He added: "As we console the Iraqi people and the families of the martyrs for the martyrdom of these heroes, we pledge them to pursue the terrorist groups wherever they have fled, and their end will be close to the sons of Iraq from the heroes of our armed forces and our brave crowd."
