{Political: Al Furat News} The Secretary-General of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq movement received Sheikh Qais Khazali in his office in Baghdad today, Monday, the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, "Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert".
During the meeting, they discussed and discussed the most prominent political issues in Iraq, foremost of which is the file of the parliamentary election results and their repercussions.
While Sheikh Khazali presented in detail a set of evidence on the fraud and flagrant manipulation that accompanied the elections.
He also expressed his astonishment at the issuance of the UN Security Council statement regarding the elections before the final results were approved, stressing at the same time that the coordination framework had followed up on the legal procedures related to this file.
For her part, the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Baghdad expressed her response to studying the evidence provided by Al-Khazali, who called on the representative of the United Nations to be a neutral party in the problems occurring to overcome the current crises and prevent the country from reaching a state of political impasse. The two sides pledged to continue communication to resolve this obstruction.
