Mubasher: The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the State of Iraq confirmed that granting soft loans through business incubators is one of the guarantees for the establishment of medium and small projects for those loans.
The Director of the Department of Labor and Vocational Training in the Ministry of Labor, Raed Jabbar Bahed, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Friday: "The loans granted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, according to Law No. 10 of 2012, are soft loans to establish small projects."
Bahed added that "not all borrowers are working to establish a project, so the ministry has made many necessary changes in order to ensure the establishment of small and medium enterprises, including business incubators, which are present in all of Iraq."
And he indicated that "the ministry gives the loan through business incubators and continues to follow up with them for a year."
